Croxford & Associates, Attorneys & Conveyancers was started by Darren Croxford in 2010. The practice has grown into a medium sized personalized legal practice which offers high quality legal services ranging from conveyancing, bond registrations, sectional title and development transfers.

Conveyancing involves the transfer of legal title of property from one person to another, or the granting of an encumbrance such as mortgage or a lien.
We are specialist conveyancers transacting with multiple providers in and around the Durban area.
Bond registration is the process of registering a bond over a property with the Deed's Office. A bond registration takes between 8-10 days and requires lodgement.
Every situation is investigated thoroughly both in respect of the law and facts relating to such matter. Clients are therefore provided with detailed advice in regard to the facts of each matter, enabling them to make informed decisions before embarking on litigation.
